BIM Berlin Real Estate Management GmbH (BIM) owns and manage  more than 1.500 buildings in behalf of the Senate of Berlin. The estate includes office buildings of Berlins administration and also buildings of the finance authority, court houses or vocational schools and properties of Berlins police and fire department.
